The location is fantastic, just a stroll from attractions.
The reception area always felt empty, and staff seemed uninterested. There were no visible fire extinguishers, which made me anxious about safety. My room was tired and in desperate need of refurbishment, which made my stay feel less relaxing than I had hoped.

Loved our stay here! The kids enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the indoor pool, which was a great way to wind down after a day of fun. The only hiccup was the room's air con could use a bit of tuning, but it didn’t ruin our time at all. 😊

spacious comfort with minor room tweaks needed
The room offered ample space with a big bathroom and a good shower experience. Comfy beds made for a restful night, and the kitchen facilities provided a nice touch for making tea and coffee. I also appreciated being able to open the window, letting fresh air flow into the room. The city view added to the pleasant ambiance during my stay.
The air conditioning unit could use some attention to enhance comfort during warmer days.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a huge bed that offered great comfort. I loved the large TV and the ample sunlight that brightened the space. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare snacks easily. The indoor pool was a fantastic feature. I appreciated spending some quiet time there, almost having it to myself. My experience at breakfast was enjoyable. the buffet provided a satisfying selection, and the coffee was a real highlight. The restaurant had a lovely ambiance too. getting into the shower felt challenging due to the awkward door design—it made access awkward for a comfortable shower experience. some areas showed signs of wear, with spots on the carpet that detracted from the otherwise clean atmosphere. The lift situation after hours was concerning, especially regarding access for emergency situations, which needs immediate attention to ensure safety. I felt there was a lack of proper management support during busy periods, as I noticed confusion among the reception staff while checking in.
